1.0 Purpose 目的

This Supplier Standard for Responsible Mica Sourcing (“Standard”) supplements Glorymica Supplier Code of Conduct (“Code”) by providing additional detail regarding mica, and the use of mica for goods, sold to Glorymica or Glorymica’s Suppliers. Glorymica’s Suppliers shall meet this Standard to be in compliance with the Code. The terms and conditions of the Code are incorporated in this Standard, and this Standard shall govern and be deemed to modify the Code if there are any conflicting provisions. The Standard shall be incorporated into all legal contracts with suppliers.

此《負(fù)責(zé)任礦產(chǎn)采購(gòu)的供應(yīng)商標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》（《標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》）就出售給榮泰及其供應(yīng)商的產(chǎn)品所用云母額外進(jìn)行詳細(xì)闡釋，是對(duì)《供應(yīng)商行為準(zhǔn)則》（《準(zhǔn)則》）的補(bǔ)充。榮泰的供應(yīng)商應(yīng)遵守此標(biāo)準(zhǔn)以符合準(zhǔn)則要求。準(zhǔn)則的條款和條件已被納入此標(biāo)準(zhǔn)之中，若兩者出現(xiàn)任何沖突，應(yīng)以此標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為準(zhǔn)，并視作對(duì)準(zhǔn)則的修改。本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)將納入所有的供應(yīng)商法律合同中。 

2.0 Scope 范圍

This Standard applies to all Glorymica suppliers, their subcontractors, and their next-tier suppliers (each a “Supplier”; collectively, “Suppliers”) producing mica1 containing material or goods for use in Glorymica’s products or providing services in connection with Glorymica’s products that contain mica. This Standard describes restrictions applicable to all mica containing goods to ensure that the materials, components and procurement and production processes for goods sold to Glorymica or Glorymica’s Suppliers comply with the provisions of the Glorymica Supplier Code of Conduct. 此標(biāo)準(zhǔn)適用于所有榮泰供應(yīng)商、分包商及其下級(jí)供應(yīng)商(這里的每一級(jí)供應(yīng)商統(tǒng)稱供應(yīng)商)，其生產(chǎn)的含云母原料或產(chǎn)品用在榮泰的產(chǎn)品上或者提供與榮泰的含云母產(chǎn)品相關(guān)的服務(wù)。此標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為確保出售給榮泰及其供應(yīng)商的產(chǎn)品所用的材料、元器件和采購(gòu)及生產(chǎn)過程符合榮泰供應(yīng)商行為準(zhǔn)則，對(duì)其所有材料可適用的約束進(jìn)行了闡述。關(guān)于此標(biāo)準(zhǔn)有任何問題，可直接聯(lián)系社會(huì)責(zé)任辦公室，郵箱為 Emma@Glorymica.com.

3.0 Supplier Code of Conduct Requirements 供應(yīng)商行為準(zhǔn)則要求

Suppliers shall exercise due diligence in accordance with the Chinese Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Mineral Supply Chains and the OECD Due Diligence Guidance for Responsible Supply Chains of Minerals from Conflict-Affected and High-Risk Areas (the “Chinese Guidance and OECD Guidance”), on their entire supply chain with respect to the sourcing of all mica, contained in their products, to determine whether mica is from the Democratic Republic of the  Congo (the “DRC”) or any other identified high risk areas and, if so, to determine whether the mica directly or indirectly finance human rights abuses especially worst forms of child labour. 

供應(yīng)商應(yīng)按照《中國(guó)負(fù)責(zé)任礦產(chǎn)供應(yīng)鏈盡責(zé)管理指南》和《經(jīng)合組織關(guān)于來自受沖突影響和高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)區(qū)域的礦石的負(fù)責(zé)任供應(yīng)鏈盡責(zé)管理指南》（以下簡(jiǎn)稱《中國(guó)指南》和《經(jīng)合組織指南》） 相關(guān)要求，就其整個(gè)供應(yīng)鏈關(guān)于云母產(chǎn)品中云母的來源開展盡責(zé)管理，確定其中的云母是否來自剛果民主共和國(guó)（剛果（金））或者其它被識(shí)別的高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)。如果是，確定其中的云母是否直接或間接為侵犯人權(quán)，尤其是最惡劣形式的童工提供贊助。

 Suppliers shall satisfy the reporting and sourcing requirements of this Standard. Glorymica reserves the right to audit Suppliers for compliance as described in the Glorymica Supplier Code of Conduct.

供應(yīng)商應(yīng)滿足本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)提到的報(bào)告和采購(gòu)的要求。榮泰有權(quán)根據(jù)《榮泰供應(yīng)商行為準(zhǔn)則》所描述的符合性對(duì)供應(yīng)商進(jìn)行審核。

4.0  Supplier Responsibility Standards  供應(yīng)商責(zé)任標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

 4.1  High-Risk Area Minerals Restriction 高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)地區(qū)礦產(chǎn)資源限制

Suppliers that produce goods containing mica must adopt Glorymica Supply Chain Policy for a Responsible Global Supply Chain of Minerals from High-Risk Areas (the “Supply Chain Policy”) that is consistent with the Code. Suppliers must distribute their mineral supply chain policy to all of their subcontractors and suppliers that provide materials for the process or manufacture of goods. 

生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)品中含云母的供應(yīng)商必須采用《來自高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)區(qū)域的負(fù)責(zé)任全球礦產(chǎn)供應(yīng)鏈政策》、《供應(yīng)鏈政策》），該政策與榮泰為建立負(fù)責(zé)任的全球礦產(chǎn)供應(yīng)鏈所制定的《準(zhǔn)則》一致。供應(yīng)商必須向其分包商和為加工和生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品所提供云母的供應(yīng)商分發(fā)他們的礦產(chǎn)供應(yīng)鏈政策。

Suppliers may only use mica, in processes and goods if the Supplier can reasonably demonstrate that it has exercised due diligence in accordance with the Chinese Guidance/OECD Guidance to identify and address the Worst Forms of Child Labour in the minerals supply chain regarding the source and chain of custody of such mica, and satisfied the reporting and sourcing requirements of this Standard. 

供應(yīng)商只有在下列情況下才可以使用云母的加工品和產(chǎn)品，即供應(yīng)商能合理證明已經(jīng)按照《中國(guó)指南》、《經(jīng)合組織指南》，針對(duì)云母的來源和監(jiān)管鏈， 識(shí)別和回應(yīng)了礦業(yè)供應(yīng)鏈中最惡劣形式的童工，并滿足標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中對(duì)于報(bào)告和采購(gòu)的要求。

If the Supplier cannot reasonably demonstrate that (i) it has exercised due diligence in accordance with the Chinese Guidance and OECD Guidance with respect to any mica in any process or goods, and (ii) it has satisfied the reporting and sourcing requirements of this Standard, with respect to such mica, then the Supplier shall not use the affected mica in any process or goods. 

如果供應(yīng)商無法合理證明 i)對(duì)任何加工或產(chǎn)品中含有的云母，其已經(jīng)按照《中國(guó)指南》和《經(jīng)合組織指南》開展了盡責(zé)管理，并且 ii)這些云母已滿足本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的報(bào)告和采購(gòu)要求，則供應(yīng)商不允許在任何加工或產(chǎn)品中使用受影響云母。

The Supplier shall provide to Glorymica reasonable documentary evidence of the Supplier’s reporting, sourcing and due diligence activities, and shall make such records available to Glorymica upon request.

供應(yīng)商應(yīng)向榮泰提供關(guān)于其報(bào)告、采購(gòu)和盡責(zé)管理活動(dòng)的合理的書面證據(jù)，且應(yīng)在榮泰要求時(shí)將此記錄提供給榮泰。

Suppliers shall distribute this Standard to all relevant procurement personnel and factory management for all of the Supplier’s facilities producing goods and must ensure their facilities’ compliance with the obligations and requirements in this Standard. 供應(yīng)商應(yīng)將此標(biāo)準(zhǔn)分發(fā)給自己所有生產(chǎn)產(chǎn)品的工廠的相關(guān)采購(gòu)人員及工廠管理層，并確保他們的工廠遵守此標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)定的義務(wù)和要求。供應(yīng)商如果希望得到榮泰的支持及額外培訓(xùn)，可以發(fā)送郵件到 Emma@Glorymica.com.

4.2  Due Diligence Declaration 盡責(zé)管理聲明

The Chinese Guidance establishes a framework for exercising due diligence to determine the source and chain of custody of mica.

《中國(guó)指南》為運(yùn)用盡責(zé)管理來確認(rèn)云母的來源和監(jiān)管鏈建立了框架。

Relevant due diligence procedures shall be used by the supplier to declare herewith:

供應(yīng)商應(yīng)采用相關(guān)的盡責(zé)管理程序進(jìn)行如下聲明:

to be fully committed to ensuring that its use and sale of mica do not contribute to the human rights abuses in high risk countries; 

全力保障云母的使用和銷售不助長(zhǎng)高風(fēng)險(xiǎn)國(guó)家的人權(quán)侵犯。

l   to exercise due diligence on the source and chain of custody of goods containing mica in its supply chain (e.g., by application of a nationally or internationally recognized supply chain due diligence           standard such as the Chinese Guidance and OECD Guidance ); 對(duì)于供應(yīng)鏈中含云母產(chǎn)品的來源和監(jiān)管鏈開展盡責(zé)管理（例如應(yīng)用已得到國(guó)家和國(guó)際認(rèn)可的供應(yīng)鏈盡責(zé)管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，如《中國(guó)指南》和《經(jīng)合組織指南》） 。

l   to make available to Glorymica – upon Glorymica’s written request – all documentation and supporting evidence that demonstrate its due diligence measures;經(jīng)榮泰書面要求，榮泰可查閱證明其盡     責(zé)管理措施的所有文件和證據(jù)。

l   to agree that Glorymica or a 3rdparty appointed by Glorymica and reasonably acceptable to supplier, shall be entitled to conduct inspections at supplier’s premises and of supplier’s supply                  chain, including transportation routes and mine sites of origin, in order to verify supplier’s compliance with the Code with full cooperation and support by supplier.供應(yīng)商在合理的可接受的情況下，     應(yīng)同意榮泰或榮泰指定的第三方有權(quán)在供應(yīng)商場(chǎng)地和供應(yīng)商的供應(yīng)鏈進(jìn)行檢查，包括運(yùn)輸路線和礦區(qū)源頭。并且為了核實(shí)供應(yīng)商對(duì)準(zhǔn)則的合規(guī)性，供應(yīng)商應(yīng)全力配合和支持。

l   to immediately notify Glorymica in case a supplier should become aware of any relevant warning signs in its supply chain indicating that any goods may not be free of human rights abuses                      especially free of the worst forms of child labor, as described in the Chinese Guidance and OECD Guidance. Supplier must immediately notify Glorymica in writing at  Emma@Glorymica.com. Such                  notification must include reasonable tracking information to identify which goods may contain the affected mica. 如果供應(yīng)商發(fā)現(xiàn)供應(yīng)鏈中任何相關(guān)預(yù)警信號(hào)表明任何產(chǎn)品涉及《中國(guó)指南》和《經(jīng)合組織指南》中      提到的人權(quán)侵犯尤其是最惡劣形   式的童工問題，必須立即通知榮泰。供應(yīng)商必須立即寫郵件到 Emma@Glorymica.com 通知榮泰。該通知必須有合理的追蹤信息以識(shí)別哪些產(chǎn)品中可能含有受影響的云母。

l   Glorymica reserves the right to disengage business activity with any supplier who fails to meet the requirements of the Standard. 對(duì)于任何不能滿足此標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求的供應(yīng)商，榮泰保留終止與其業(yè)務(wù)的權(quán)利。
